Shared links not working
Hello, I have shared a link to multiple files (All within the same folder), but after some time it looks like that the link expires/stops working and the access is denied.
I have set the link with Public access for the ones with link, checked all the other settings.... basically I made the content (those few files) publicly accessible for anyone with the link, but after some time I get complains that the files are not accessible.
Would appreciate if you give me an idea what can be the reason and how to fix it?

Its possible that your organization may have setup and enabled "Auto- expiration" for public shared links for the entire organization.
If you would like to confirm this, you can reach out to your Box admin or your internal help desk who can redirect you to the person managing your Box.
