File uploaded correctly does not correspond with its title

Good night
I share a folder of midis for a choir, arranged in turn in multiple subfolders. For 1-2 weeks some users, on their mobile devices, see how the content does not correspond to the title. Its another one, It is the first time it has happened in 7 years.
If anyone has an answer ...
