Hi,

I am testing a Retention Policy where the disposition action = None.  In other words, when the retention period is over, I don't want to delete the file, I just want it to remain.  I've set up a test folder and assigned the Retention Policy with a duration of 1 day.  After 1 day, the file remains but it still shows the Policy Expiration in the right sidebar.  I was expecting that that would no longer be displayed once the retention period had ended.  Is this working as expected?

Screenshot attached. The file KH TF1.docx was uploaded to the folder on July 10 so it's correct that it's 1 day retention would end on July 11.  But is that display of the "Policy Expiration of July 11, 2021" a permanent display in the right sidebar?

    Hi France,

    Thanks for your assistance in getting this resolved.  The answer is that Box is functioning as expected.  That is, for a retention policy with no disposition action, after the retention period has ended, the policy expiration date will remain permanently display in the right sidebar.
