    This would be something our Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.  
     
    It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with our support department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.

    Hi Nathan, 

    I saw your ticket with support and it looks like they have already recovered the account of the user you are trying to add.

    As the account is not active again, simply add the user again in your managed users list and you should encounter a popup message similar to what is described in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195233--Invite-Existing-Box-User-Message-When-Adding-User 

    Click that "Invite button", and the next time the user log in to his personal Box, he will receive this invitation.  As soon as he accept that invitation, he will be rolled in to your Box organization.
