Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and then restart your computer. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.

I understand that you are getting a system extension failed error when running Box Drive on your Mac.

If you are not sure what chipset you are running, you'll find this in your Mac's system overview (click the Apple icon on your Mac then the option "About this Mac"; the Processor would show if its Intel Core or M1 chipset)
