Is there a way to make a change so that no one can make any file changes. Everyone becomes view only?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  The only way to restrict edit actions that collaborators can take into a content that you own is to lower their "Collaborator" access to a folder you own.

  This could be any of the following:

  • Previewer Uploader,
  • Viewer,
  • Previewer
