Some fields in pdfs not displaying in Box
On occasion data in a pdf will not be displayed when viewed in a web browser but will be displayed if opened in Acrobat.
For example in one of the pdfs the Invoice Date field is blank when viewing in Chrome but shows the date of 7/22/2021 if opened in Acrobat.
Printing these files to pdf from Acrobat via Microsoft or Adobe printers and uploading them again fixes whatever the issue is but know what the issue is would help.
It's also worth noting the data very briefly displays in Box.
Has anyone else experienced this?

This is definitely not an issue that we would usually come across with and may need to be further investigated with the help of a Box support representative.
