Box won't preview Illustrator (.ai) files

Surely there's a way to preview Illustrator (.ai) files in Grid View like all other files. Is there a checkbox I'm overlooking? Can anyone help?

  Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for posting!

  Image preview file type such as ".ai" is available for Business level Box accounts and above, and will need to be enabled by a member of our support team so I went ahead and submitted a ticket for you for this request.
