    Welcome to the Box Community!

    To confirm, are you pertaining to the "Copy & Paste" function for Box Notes? If yes, these functions should be working and I often use them also myself.

    Are you encountering any issues or error when doing so? Would you mind sharing it and provided additional details?

    In the app, i can’t press & hold to copy the text i’ve placed in the notes section of a pdf file to paste elsewhere

    No, not for “box notes”

    When i upload a file, i add comments

    On the app, i cant copy the text in those comments to paste elsewhere

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Yes, copying and pasting "Comments "outside of Box seems working as I have checked and did not have any issue.

    Did you try to copy and paste using your cursor instead of your keyboard keys?
