New MAC running in High Sierra replacing old MAC running on High Sierra. Box App no longer works. Extension message but Box does not appear under system preferences security and privacy to provide option to ALLOW.
Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and then restart your computer.
Followed instructions, still unable to run Box Drive

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with Box Drive. There are a few things you can try to try to resolve this:
If you are running Box Drive on a Mac device with Intel chipset here are a few this you can try to resolve this issue:
- Try updating your macOS to the latest version
- Double-check the extension hasn't been approved yet. In System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General there would be an "Allow" button in this case.
- Restart the computer (without uninstalling)
- Uninstall Box Drive, restart the computer, and re-install
