Box Mobile won't let me save videos?
I came across an issue a couple of months ago where Box won't let me save a video to my phone using the app. I am able to upload the file via Desktop just fine. Plays on my computer just fine. But for some reason at the end of "saving", it just says it can't be saved. Has anyone been able to get this type of issue resolved?
At first, I thought it was the file, but I've had other video files in the same format upload just fine. Then I thought it was content shot on a specific camera, but now I tried using a mobile video and it does the same thing... I'm at a loss! And for clarification, I need the video on my phone to post to IG. It was edited in Adobe Premiere, but like I said, other Adobe videos have been able to save fine.
