Collaborating across organizations
I have an automatic box login with my school (psu), but can't access box links from other organizations (jhu)

Can you shared a screenshot of what you on your end when you access this shared link/s?
In most cases, if a Box user is unable to access Shared links from other organization, it is due to the "Shared link access permission" is restricted only to certain group of people.
