I have been trying since yesterday to access a Box folder that requires 2 factor authorization. I enter my mobile phone number and... nothing. My phone is working fine, I have sent and received text messages several times today. My account is [personal information--redacted]

  I log in to my account [personal information--redacted] and start entering the code sent to my phone number but i did not receive any code
