    Hello France,

    No messages.
    Box Drive is installed in my computer...

    But the service is not running...

    And I can't reach the Box file folders anymore...

    Since Monday.

    Não consegui... :-(
    Tentamos várias soluções, sem sucesso.

    Desconfio que seja algo do Windows, porque estou com problema nas configurações do Internet Explorer, que, pelo que entendi, eles usam de alguma forma pelo App deles. Eu não consigo na minha máquina, por exemplo, acessar a internet pelo Internet Explorer.

    Testando em outro computador, funciona tudo normalmente. Internet Explorer e Box.

    Pensando comigo, uma reinstalação geral da minha máquina, resolveria. Mas, eu não posso fazer isso. Perderia muita coisa... rsrsrs.

    No momento, estou fazendo a atualização dos arquivos na mão, via web, no aplicativo. Até esse computador que uso "vencer". :-)

    A investigação pelo lado das configurações da internet, no Internet Explorer, seria uma boa. Mas não consegui que eles fossem nessa direção e acho que eles pediriam para eu solucionar isso com a Microsoft.

    Welcome to the Box Community and I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with Box Drive!

    We have received a couple of reports of Box Drive stopped working on Windows devices for the past few days, and found that affected users appears to  running a software called Diebold Warsaw on their PCs. This application is known to have incompatibilities with Box Drive and we recommend to uninstall the app to get Box Drive working as expected. 

    Could you please check and uninstall if ever you have this application installed and let us know how it goes?

    Hello France.

    Yes. It was a suggestion for solution since the beginning. But I don't have this software on my PC... Never installed.

    As I explained to Leandro, I have some issue in internet configuration using Internet Explorer.
    My Internet Explorer doesn't access the internet. And I receive the same message that I receive in Box Drive, during the service starting.

    It seems to be the problem.

    I also don't have Diebold Warsaw installed. But one thing that worked was to open the folder where the Box Drive executable is and run Box_console_logging_enabled.exe. This way the Box Drive works for me, but an open window remains which, when closed, interrupts the Box Drive.
