Lost files
I upgraded from Personal Pro to Business Starter plan. In the process all of files disappeared. The tech on the chat couldn't tell me what happened to them, or how long they would unreachable. Is that normal response when you upgrade service, you loose all of your existing files?

Please note that during the upgrade process, Files/folders may not be accessible as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete.
No worries though, once the transition is completed your files will show up and should be accessible in your Box again.
