    Please note that during the upgrade process, Files/folders may not be accessible as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete.

    No worries though, once the transition is completed your files will show up and should be accessible in your Box again.

    This just happened to me.  This is inexcusable and totally unacceptable.  What is cloud storage for? To protect my files from loss.  You convince customers to upgrade (dafaulting to 3 users to triple your revenue) and then make all there files disappear!? 

    I will be moving my business elsewhere as I no longer trust you to do the right thing or even know what the right thing to do is.  These files are my business.  If you lose them or hide them from me when I need them you kill my business.  You don't deserve my business.
