files are not in sync
hi all,
i have synced files between box and desktop. but if I make any modification to any files, that are not getting synced. Any idea?

Can you check if the Box desktop app you are using is running in the task manager/ activity monitor?
Also, do you have stable network connection? Are you seeing any sort of error messages in the Box application you are using?
Additional information would help our members and the community to figure out the root cause of the issue.
