Cannot download a firmware file from manufacturer website

    Have you tried this using other network connection to see if it makes any difference?

    Also, can you try clearing your browser cache and then try this again and see if that helps?

    I have tried 3 different computer on 3 different networks.  4 different browsers.

    I can download an earlier version of this file, so my browsers and networks seem to be fine.

    There is something about the posted file link that wont let me download.

    I am all set. The earlier version worked for me.  thank you.
