Saving an excel document that can be updated by multiple users
I have created a master spreadsheet that needs to be used by multiple users. It has been saved in a group folder but can only be updated by the creator. We need to ensure this spreadsheet can be saved in the group folder and usable/ability to update by multiple people - how do we do this as the file says it belongs to one person.

Hi James,
Welcome to the Box Community!
You would need an "Editor" access as a collaborator to be able to edit files saved in Box Folder.
In addition to this, if you need to be editing a file concurrently with other collaborators, you'd want to open the file using Box for Office Online or Box for Google Workspace which supports real-time editing. When multiple users edit a file at the same time using their Office desktop applications , this will create duplicates instead of updates on the original file that you guys are working on because Box for Office does no support concurrent editing.
