Easy way to add a list of metadata values to a new multiselect field?

I need to add 250 values to the multiselect dropdown for a metadata template. Do I have to enter each value manually, or is there some kind of tool for adding all these values at once?

  Hi!

  You can use the Box CLI. That would be really fast. Here are some examples of using the CLI with metadata.
