    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you take a look if there are problem items for Box Sync in the system tray or menu bar and open the notification to see what the issue is?

    If you are not seeing any problem items or unable to resolve the issue, please go ahead and submit a ticket to to Support by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page.
