    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!

    I understand that you've encountered an error when setting up MS Teams integration.

    Can you first ensure that you are not trying to add the Box Files tab to a private channel, see HERE

    Additionally, can you try to uninstall / reinstall the integration from that particular team? :

    1. Click the three horizontal dots to the right of the team name
    2. Click "Manage team"
    3. Click the "Apps" tab
    4. Click the trashcan symbol next to "Box"
    5. Click "Uninstall"
    6. Please then go and re-add the integration to the problematic team; does that fix the issue? 

    If the issue persists, please go ahead and submit a ticket to Product Support team by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page.

    Hey France, 

    I was finally able to get the Box File add-in added to a team by pretty much deleting everything from both Admin Consoles and starting the process over.

    However, I can not seem to change the destination folder for a channel. When I attempt to, I will get the email notification that "Box for Microsoft Teams has accepted the invitation to your 'Test Project' folder on Box" but the folder destination never changes in the selection window within teams.

    I have seen multiple new issues on this, and it seems that uninstalling and reinstalling does not always work. Are there any updates to this? Also are there any restrictions to using Box Personal (Free version) with Microsoft Teams? Thank you!
