    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you tried reaching out to the external organization that invited you to check if they made changes with your access to these files?

    If a collaborative content that you do not own is missing from your Box account, it is most likely that the owner of the content has removed you as a collaborator on it. You will have to contact the folder owner of the content to have them reinvite you to that folder/ files again.
