    Can you make sure you have the latest Box for iOS installed on your iPhone?

    Also, please try to logout, then re-login to the Box app and see if that helps resolve this issue for you.

    Should the issue persist, please go ahead and submit a ticket to our Support team here so they can further investigate with you.
