    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I have seen this behavior happened before when someone has moved a folder and the move has not completed yet so changes has not yet reflected on Box/ Box drive.

    If you would like to further investigate on this issue, I highly recommend submitting a ticket to our Support team here as this may require specific account information to resolve.
