The 2-step verification system does not function properly.
I am constantly having a problem with getting verification codes. They are 10-15 min late. Logically, I am trying to get new codes, as I am not getting any replies from the system, and then the system prohibits me to enter as "there have been too many attempts". That awful functioning of the system ruins working time and business. The Box system does not work properly, but it blocks at the most inconvenient moment. There is no clear and quick route to unlock the system. No live contacts, no 24h tech support blog. Complete disaster.
