How would I know who is the administrator for a Box Folder which cannot be accessed due to 2FA
My coworker has an issue not being able to use the 2FA and trying to find the admin for the group so they can reset it for her. Can I get some guidance how would i know who should she contact? thank you

I understand that one of your co-workers is unable to login to Box due to 2FA.
Can you please have the affected user submit a ticket on this page for this issue and someone from Product Support team will reach out to the affected user to directly assist her.
