    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you checked your spam/ junk email folders for this? Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from box.com. If you find Box messages in your Spam or Junk folder, please make sure add noreply@box.com to your email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow your mail client to recognize Box emails and deliver them to your Inbox.

    More tips can be found in this article if you can't find email notification from Box in your email.

    Hi,

    I seem to have the same issue.  I know that the collaborators have been receiving the notification email.  And I get other notifications from noreply@box.com, also verified no emails in my Spam or Junk folder.  Does the "Mail All" button not send a notification to myself since I am the one sending it?
