Switching from free personal account to company business account
Hello. I have 2 Box accounts under 2 separate email addresses, personal and business. Unfortunately, there is a business folder in the personal account, and perhaps because of this, my business account cannot receive access to this business folder. My business has tried giving access to this business folder to my business Box account, but it has not worked. This all happened because I was "invited to collaborate on a folder" before my business email address was set up. What steps should I take to correct this?
