inviting a collaborator but no email
When inviting a collaborator A using his email address, system seems accepted but the collaborator did not receive invitation email.
This is first time I face this issue.

Have the invitee checked his spam/ junk email folder? Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from box.com.
If they've already checked but still couldn't find the invitation from you, please have them submit a ticket to Product Support from this link for the team to check if their email is on the email bounced or suppression list.
