    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for posting!

    As far as I know only Primary Administrators have access to the Billing Information section of your Box and there can only be one Primary Admin in a Box organization. This section provides details about the subscription such as the payment method, charge details, and account type.

    In the event that the Primary Admin is not present, for example has left the organization, or if something happen to them that they are no longer able to perform their role as the Primary admin, the next person in charge would need to contact Product Support team so we can guide them on how to perform "Admin transfer".
