I am not getting notification emails of previews or downloads from my account . Tried resetting password after email verification link expired, without success.

Have you checked your spam filter or junk folder for these Box email notifications?
Sometimes, certain email clients do not recognize email from box.com. If you find Box messages in your Spam or Junk folder, add noreply@box.com to your email contacts, or Safe senders list. This will allow your mail client to recognize Box emails and deliver them to your Inbox.
If you still couldn't find the email notification from Box, please go ahead and submit a support ticket by clicking the Contact Support option just above this page. A support representative can further check if your email is on the email bounced or suppression list.

Thank you France for your prompt response. It seems that the issue has passed. After trying to reset password as you suggested in another person's question, I also found your comment about not being able to receive notifications from one's own actions on their own account. I had attempted to test email verification via previewing my own file. All appears to be functioning normally at present & have received a notification. Your assistance in this forum is invaluable. Thanks again.
