    Are you experiencing this when saving the pptx file in Box webapp or are you using Box Drive?

    Do you encounter any sort of error message, would you mind sharing a screenshot so we can take a look?

    I have the same problem. I am using Box Drive and attempting to save a Word file to a subfolder within my Box Drive root folder. Below is a screenshot.
