    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You will need to contact the Box Admin who managed these accounts as they are the only ones that can change the ownership of the content.

    If you and this user belong to the same organization, and managed by the same admin, you may find the contact email of your Primary Admin under your Account Settings > Account tab > Account details (should be at the very bottom of the page).
