Box Folders not automatically syncing

Whenever I create a new folder on my computer at one location, it uploads fine and I can see it on Box.com. When I get to my other location, the folder is not automatically synced (although the Box Sync app says "synced"). I can go to the website, click on the folder, and tell it to sync manually - at which point my second computer downloads it as expected. Having to do this manually kind of defeats the purpose of Sync though, and it has happened 4-5 times over the last few months. I don't recall if there has been a folder that *has* synced correctly in that time. I am the only user and I am just syncing folders between two computers.

Welcome to the Box Community!
If you have a content that appears in Box but is not appearing locally, the parent folder may be partially synced.When a parent folder is partially synced (hovering over folder icon displays the This item is partially synced status), new subfolders or files created within this parent folder will not be marked for Sync automatically.
To fully sync a partially synced folder, you must unsync the partially synced folder, then sync it again.
