Need Refund: Did not sign up for annual subscription
I am new to Box and signed up last month without knowing that there is any recurring subscription charge enabled by default. I didn't sign up for any subscription and would want a refund.
I have been charged $575.64 without any prior communication and without me subscribing to it.
