6 Digit Verification code for External Users
We have a member from Redhat accessing our shared box folder. He used to have access but is unable to access anymore. Once he signs in with his ID and password, it is asking him for a 6 digit verification code. No code is reaching him via mail or mobile phone and neither the box owner is receiving anything to share. We removed him from box and added him again, but the user is facing the same issue loging in with the new invitation. Please advise.

Please have the affected user submit a ticket to Product Support via this link: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
This might need the user to work directly with a support representative and may require some account specific information to resolve.

I am having this same issue with a Freelance folder that has been set up for me I can't get passed the SMS text wont verify my number and the QR code doesnt work to get a 6 digit code so I am not able to place files in my folder only view ones that have been placed by my freelance client
