    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Correct! If you are a Personal Lite Box user, you are allowed to store up to 10GB of contents into your Box.

    File uploads count towards the storage of whoever owns the folder you are uploading into so might want to check if this is on a folder you own or someone else's folder.

    Also, are you receiving any sort of error message when trying to uploading, can you share a screenshot so we can take a look?
