Download link will expired in 15 minutes.

we are share the box link that contain excel file but after 15 min it is expired ,how can we enhance it to 1 day?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    As far as I know,  a day is the shortest time period you can set a shared link to Expire and haven't heard an information that there is an options to set it to expire within minutes.

    Can you try reaching out to the owner of the Shared link or the person who shared it to you and check if they have changed your access to the Shared link?

    I am integrated Box API with my application , In api when I send the box data download link in UI.

    It is automatically expired after 15 minutes and its show this page .

    can you pls help me to retain the link for 1 day.
