Can you please post the resolution? I am having the same problem.

I updated to Monterey 12.0.1 and BOX drive is no longer syncing on my desktop

Same happening for me (2019 MBP 16-in, Monterey 12.0.1).

Did anyone else also experience Box Drive changing location upon update to Monterey? Used to be Users/[myname]/Box/[all my Box files], but now it's missing from ~/[myname] and instead is Users/[myname]/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box/[all my Box files]

I was having the Box Drive same sync issues. Try logging out of Box Drive completely and then logging back in. Only issue persisting is when duplicating a file in Box Drive, it seems to take around 20-30 seconds to complete.

In terms of the your file location (file path issues) in your Box Drive directory, make a new Box Drive shortcut from the application itself. None of my files that I could previously access from recent files across various applications have the correct directory path. Assuming it's what Katherine was pointing out that it's because the directory path of Box Drive changed.

    Hope this helps.
