Hi Dheeraj,
Welcome to the Box Community!
I understand you are not seeing the status icons for Box Drive after a recent upgrade, I'm happy to help!
Can try the following the steps below to fix the issue with the missing status icons in your Mac?:1. Click the Apple Icon (in upper-left hand corner of desktop) > System Preferences > Extensions > and Uncheck and Recheck the buttons under "Box".
2. Press command + option + escape to bring up the "Force Quit Applications" menu.
*Click on Finder
*Click RelaunchLet me know how it goes and if you continue experience this issue so we can further troubleshoot!

I have this problem too, since upgrading box to the new file structure and my computer to Monterey. I did the steps as listed and it didn't fix anything. I can mark items for availability offline, but when I don't need them anymore and mark for "make available online only", the icon disappears and no icon comes back. More so, those files remain available even without network access, which means they're taking up valuable hard drive space despite marking them for online-only storage. The only resolution to reclaim space I've found is to logout and backin, which removes ALL of my previously "make available offline" items. This is hugely problematic for our workflow, please help!
