    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I understand that you've encountered issues on uploading large files and editing documents online.

    May I know how large is the file you are uploading to Box?  Depending on your account type, there is a limit to the size of a file you may for uploads to Box:

    • Free personal: 250 MB
    • Starter: 2 GB
    • Business: 5 GB
    • Business Plus: 15 GB
    • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
    • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

    If you would like to upload files larger than your limit, we suggest that you split the file using third party applications, for example HJsplit or you can also compress the file using programs like Winzip or Winrar.

    Regarding the issue with editing documents online, would you mind providing more details? Are you receiving any sort of error message that you can share to us so we can take a look?

    Additional information would help us better understand the issue you are facing and provide appropriate troubleshooting tips.
