    Have you checked yet if there are Problem items in your system tray (Windows users) or menu bar (Mac users) to see if there are items that prevents your contents from syncing? Take a look at this article on how to check for Problem Items: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697594-Box-Sync-Troubleshooting-Basics 

    If there are no problem items, you can try logging out and then logging in to trigger a new scan and sync process.

    If you continue to experience issues, please go ahead and submit a Support ticket on this page and someone will reach out to you to further investigate and troubleshoot!
