Managing ‘Available Offline’ files
Hi there,
Is there any way to see all the folders you’ve synced to your hard drive?
I often have to make large graphics files available offline so I can work on them. I’m typically working across 40 projects with other people picking things up at various points, so it’s easy to lose track and hard drive space fills up. I then have to go hunting through massive directory trees for anything that has a little green tick.
Is there a way to list only the folders a user has synced to their computer?
Many thanks.

Hi Jonathan,
Welcome to the Box Community! The feature you are inquiring is currently not supported with Box Drive.I appreciate your feedback and would highly recommend that you send this directly to our Product Team through Box Pulse for possible consideration and implementation in the future. Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development. Thanks for your post and let us know how else we can help you.Best, -
Cross-posting on several threads similar to this. Please prioritize this feature! Even if it's a simple filter on the web interface or a flag we can use while searching. This goes beyond quality of life and becomes very problematic for anyone working on rich media (graphic design, audio, video...). The ability to work offline is incredibly useful. The inability to tell Box Drive to sync these files to an external drive limits storage options and requires a constant shuffle of offline/online folders. Keeping track of these folders manually is a real chore. In some cases it halts all production on a machine until you can find and "make online" a folder that has consumed your entire main drive.
