    I need help with this too. I am copying and pasting collaborators' email addresses for a folder and it keeps on saying, "something went wrong." I wish there were troubleshooting options so I could attempt to fix it myself. I don't know what to do with that generic statement. It doesn't do anything to support my use of Box. Do others get this same error message when copying and pasting email addresses?
