    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I wanted to check if you are still having issue printing files in Box? If yes, can you try this on another browser or clear your browser cache and see if the same error message occur when trying to print your Box files?

    Hi France, 

    That is our SOP when there are issues with Box so something else is happening. How can I get this fixed quickly? This has taken down our production environment.
