どのカードを登録しても、”お支払い情報を処理できませんでした”となって

アップグレードができません。原因がわかりません。

    I received the same errors that other people wrote here. 

    When I tried to upgrade to box Personal Pro and input credit card information, I received the following error.

    "An error occurred while processing the request.
The payment information could not be processed. Double-check that all fields are correct and try again. Is displayed and I cannot register a new credit card. Therefore, it seems that the account will be closed without payment. What should I do?

    I inputted other credit card information but it didn't work either. I believe the information I put was correct. Can you help solving the issue?

    これ日本人だけでしょうか？私も同じようなエラーがでています。支払いの画面がドル建ての場合は、ドルではだめだというエラーが出て、日本円では処理できないというエラーが出ています。

    無料プランから有料プランへの切り替えはできないのでよろしくお願いします。
