Sync to MS Folders

Why would my MS File Explorer Box folder no longer be useable. (I cannot expand and collapse and launch files from folders in my MS File Explorer BOX location.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Are you logged into the Box desktop application you are using, and is it running (you can check is the task manager or activity monitor if the app is running)? 

  Would you mind sharing more information or even screenshot of the issue that you encountered so we can take a look?
