    I have a Box login through my affiliation with American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). After requiring two-step verification to be added, I am not longer able to access the files that I were shared with me. I currently do have two-step verification.

    The last time I tried to access a box document (https://app.box.com/file/1140332561686), I received a message saying "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." This problem began occurring after December 2022 and I have two folders that I need access to. Please create a ticket so this can be resolved.
