Can not keep Box extension open to Sync my files
every time I reboot my T470 box start automatically, but an error pops up and the app closes. Before I had Box Sync and it was working perfectly.. then when the error started I was advised to update the app and use Box Drive. I uninstall Box Sync and installed Box Drive, but I still get an error.. see file attached with screen shot of errors

May I know what Operating System is running on your T470 device?
Have you reviewed our support article on the prerequisites and system requirements to be able to install and use Box Drive on your device?
If you have and your device meets these requirements but still unable to get Box Drive working properly, please go ahead and submit a ticket on this page and one of our support representative will reach out to you to help look into this.

I am using Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 21H1
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0
Install RAM: 8.00 GB (7.84 GB usable)
I read the link and Apparently yes, I meet all requirements, but, apparently I can not find the link to open a ticket for it.... :o(
